The vitamins have a terrible smell and after taste. I have found that this specific multivitamin that is supposedly formulated to aid in metabolism , does not deliver. Which, brings me to the cost . The price for these out weighs any benefit.
I have been taking milk thistle for about 25 years. It was recommended by my health care provider when I was diagnosed with diabetes to assist in liver health. So far it seems to be working!
