Good size and easy to swallow. But i learned after ordering this prenatal that methyltetrahydrofolate has not been studied to prevent birth defects. Only folic acid is recommended (see babiesafter35). So I threw these out and ordered another brand with folic acid.
This probiotic took some time to work for me, but really helped my digestion start moving. It's pretty strong stuff!
