I'm taking this to build up my muscles and strengthen my body. I don't eat enough fruits and vegetables, so this has to take its place.
I had all the symptoms of being deficient in magnesium so I started taking this twice a day. So far, I do see some improvement (it's only been 3 weeks) but I'll give it more time and continue long term.
