This magnesium really helps with my digestion and occasional bloating. It’s very gentle.
Another great product with great ingredients, it also includes the Mother! Opening the bottle is just like opening a bottle of liquid ACV it has the strong ACV smell but don't have to drink the liquid! I like the easy to swallow capsules, I think it's just as effective ad the liquid ACV. Another bonus it has Sunfiber so that's a plus.
