At 40 yrs old, the past 3 years my cholesterol was high, tried losing weight which helped but my triglycerides were very high throughout my testing reaching 496 in Feb 2023. I took tests every 6 months starting in Feb 2022 but it was still not great numbers. As of Feb 2025 my total cholesterol was 180,tri's 369, Hdl 25, Vldl 62, Ldl 93 .now July 2025: Total cholesterol 165, Tri's 179, Hdl 31, Vldl 31, Ldl 102. I do exercise at least 3 times a week, I weigh 196.8. I take one pill a day Starting the end of Feb 2025 , Now it's mid July 2025. I wanted to do this naturally instead of prescribed meds that my doctor suggested. So I decided to try fish oil pills and this is my experience. I'll try to follow up after my next test in 5 months to see if I can keep this downward trend. Good luck.
“Carmel” (not sure what that is, struggling to get info on it unless it’s supposed to be caramel?) and silicone dioxide is on the ingredient list on the bottle. I did not see that when I ordered it. It does not list that on this website under whats inside or supplement facts. Why would you have an ingredient list online but completely different than what’s on the bottle?
I used to throw up with any kind of Iron supplements, even when I was a baby. I had heard that Zahler's pre-natal used a different type of iron to reduce stomach upset, which is why I ordered it. I have never had any side effects from the pre-natal, and it's the first time in my life I haven't been anemic.
