They're not as small as they advertise. Same size as the mini you can get at Walmart. I do enjoy the mint flavor and they same to be swallowed much easier than other minis. I'd recommend and buy again!
Got 5-10 emails saying I left something in cart after signing up for subscription; unbelievable.
Love the combination of ingredients in this product! Contains some basic vitamins/minerals enough that I only add in some specific ones otherwise, which I need a bit more of, and have several of the things recommended for perimenopause sympyoms. It has seemed to help me a lot, as I've had a great reduction in those symptoms since beginning this, so I've stuck with it. They were: mood swings/extra high emotions; extra fatigue; trouble falling asleep; period issues. I have also been taking since the same time, although not as regularly any more, Ancient Nutrition brand's Women's Vitality, and believe that's helped a lot too, and recommend to cover bases when one knows what healthy people groups worldwide historically ensured women and men consumed for reproductive systems & general health. But I definitely don't want to be without Female Totality either, and am so glad I can get it directly from Zahler, as where I was shopping no longer carries it. Subscribing got me free shipping and has been easy to adjust the schedule for as needed. Very thankful for this product! Plz keep up the quality and value!
I have been taking Bone Factor for a few months. It is possibly my imagination, but the bones in my face seem stronger, especially my lower jaw. I think this may help with my receding gums?? Anyway I am happy with my purchase!
